Inspired by the markets and street food of Thailand, Long Chim brings the flavours of modern Bangkok to the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Meaning “come and taste” in Thai, Long Chim dishes up curries, stir fries, noodles, desserts, snacks, salads and more, all faithfully recreated using recipes researched and fine-tuned by Thai food authority, David Thompson.

Set amongst the spectacular CBD skyline, this stylish bar is the ultimate destination for after work drinks, late evening tipples and everything in between. Kazan's pre-theatre menu offers two courses for $60pp with a miso soup to start and two choices selected from Nasu Dengaku, Tori Muneniku, Tai Sakemushi, Vegetable Tempura & Robata Cauliflower, Yamazaki 12 Chocolate Fondant or Strawberry Cheesecake.

Kazan is a modern Japanese restaurant that has been designed with a ‘Noh stage’ as the inspiration. The menu is a modern interpretation of classical Japanese cuisine with nuances from other places to enhance traditional recipes and well known classics. The kitchen is led by Shinya Nakano, who was Head Chef of Nobu Melbourne, and led the sushi section at Kisume.

Babylon Rooftop's $60pp pre-theatre menu features house made bread, hummus, babaganosh, fattoush, and baked rice pilav with a choice of either pan roasted Aquna Murray cod with matbucha, falafel and sorrel, OR shish tawook featuring wood grilled chicken, Kisir, tomato, and garlic labna.
