Welcome to Theatre Royal Sydney’s Groups Concierge! Here you can learn more about how to make a group booking and you can sign up to receive the latest groups offers using the form below.
When making a group booking at Theatre Royal Sydney, organisers have the option of booking their tickets direct through our website. This ensures your seats are secured at the discounted price (where applicable) and you can distribute the tickets to the members of your group immediately. This option is available for groups of 20 or less.
If you have a larger group, a school group, or would like to place a reservation whilst finalising your group numbers, please contact our Box Office team. All reservations must be finalised and paid for no later than 6 weeks prior to your booked performance date. Once tickets have been paid for, standard terms and conditions apply.

The producers of The Rocky Horror Show are excited to welcome groups of all sizes to see the iconic Rock ‘N’ Roll musical in its return season to Sydney!
Standard groups of 8-20 can be purchased online, which is available on all performances except Fridays and Saturdays.
Concession* groups of 8-20 can be purchased online, which is available on all performances except Friday evening, Saturdays, and Sunday matinees.
For groups over 20+, if you have any further Group booking queries, or to reserve your tickets whilst you finalise numbers, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
* Concessions are available to holders of a (government issued) Australian Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card (excluding Health Card Cards), Veterans Affairs Card, Carers or Companion Card or Current Full Time Student Card. Standard groups of 8-20 can be purchased online, which is available for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday performances from 27 May onwards.
Concession* groups of 8-20 can be purchased online to access $99^ tickets on Tuesday and Wednesday performances from 27 May onwards.
