Welcome to Theatre Royal Sydney’s Groups Concierge! Here you can learn more about how to make a group booking and you can sign up to receive the latest groups offers using the form below.
When making a group booking at Theatre Royal Sydney, organisers have the option of booking their tickets direct through our website. This ensures your seats are secured at the discounted price (where applicable) and you can distribute the tickets to the members of your group immediately. This option is available for groups of 20 or less.
If you have a larger group, a school group, or would like to place a reservation whilst finalising your group numbers, please contact our Box Office team. All reservations must be finalised and paid for no later than 6 weeks prior to your booked performance date. Once tickets have been paid for, standard terms and conditions apply.

Group booking discounts are available for Pretty Woman: The Musical. Varying discounts are available for Groups, Concession Groups, and School Groups.
Standard Group bookings of 10-20 tickets can be purchased online here and are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday performances of Pretty Woman: The Musical. If this price is available on your selected seat, you will be prompted to select the Standard Group 10+ Ticket Type. Please note you will need to select a minimum of 10 tickets to proceed to payment.
Concession* Group bookings of 10-20 tickets can be purchased online here and are available on Tuesday and Wednesday performances of Pretty Woman: The Musical. If this price is available on your selected seat, you will be prompted to select the Concession Group 10+ Ticket Type. Please note you will need to select a minimum of 10 tickets to proceed to payment.
School Groups bookings are available on Tuesday and Wednesday performances for groups of 10 students or more. Please contact out Box Office to learn more about school bookings!
For groups over 20+, if you have any further Group booking queries, or to reserve your tickets whilst you finalise numbers, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
* Concessions are available to holders of a (government issued) Australian Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card (excluding Health Card Cards), Veterans Affairs Card, Carers or Companion Card or Current Full Time Student Card. Patrons will need to present their concession cards as required at the Venue.
