Founded in 2014 and located in Sydney just a few kilometres south of the CBD, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is Australia’s most highly awarded distillery and produces a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, limited releases and spirits and national pop-up events and experiences. 

Guided by a steadfast belief in transparency, Archie Rose is proud to openly share the ethos behind what, how and why they do things with an unwavering drive to universally expand people’s knowledge and appreciation of spirits and hospitality. 

Precisely three metres from their original Rosebery distillery and flanked by a wall of whisky casks, the Archie Rose Bar & Cellar Door is the perfect place to pull up a stool and settle in to enjoy their full spirits range along with an interesting selection of other local and global spirits, craft beers, award-winning wines and food by local producers. The venue also hosts a number of unique spirits masterclasses and experiences. 

As a distinguished partner, Archie Rose is thrilled to serve up a truly unique spirits experience with its bespoke gin, tailored for theatre patrons and available exclusively at Theatre Royal Sydney's bars.
